"The resistor disc is the key core component of the lightning arrester and its lifeline. There must be no mistakes, and the product qualification rate must be ensured to reach 100%". This has been the working philosophy of Qi Daoxia, the chief craftsman of the resistor discs workshop, for 35 years. She is conscientious and dedicated in her work, has extraordinary pursuits for products and processes, and pays attention to every detail in her work. Just like her name, the resistor discs workshop, under her leadership, works together harmoniously, shapes according to the right path, and emits radiant light, steadily improving the quality of the Company's resistor discs.
At the source of the resistor discs workshop's processes, she has always kept in mind: "Quality is the lifeblood of a manufacturing enterprise. To stand out in the fiercely competitive market, we must adhere to the bottom line of product quality." Only by defending the high ground at the source can we ensure the success of the entire line. For eighteen years, she has consistently maintained high standards and strict requirements. It is this unwavering commitment that has allowed the flower of quality to bloom throughout the workshop, contributing her own strength to the high-quality development of Jinguan.
Having joined the Company in 2010, he was awarded the title of "Jinguan Star" in 2012 and consecutively won the "Production Master" honor for three years. Over the past 14 years, he has been dedicated to the UHV grouping process, ensuring the stable quality of UHV products. He has participated in over 20 national key projects, including the "Zhalute Controllable Lightning Arrester," "Gezhouba Valve Lightning Arrester," and the "Ganzi 1,000kV Substation Construction Project." His passion for work is evident, and he has made significant contributions to the cultivation of the "core grouping" talent team for lightning arresters.
"2016 and 2017 Production Master" recipient. Participated in the production of lightning arresters for numerous national key projects, including the "Xingtai (Shijiazhuang) Expansion Project," "Dongping Converter Station Project," and the "Ganzi 1,000kV Substation Construction Project." A versatile professional who takes on responsibilities wherever needed, he willingly steps out of his comfort zone without complaint. He fully embodies the "Old Ox" spirit during his daily work.
The implementation of processes relies on the collaboration of workshop employees. As a super versatile worker in the workshop, Wei Houjie has a solid professional foundation in multiple processes and outstanding learning abilities. He proficiently masters six positions, including glass enamel spraying, grinding, spray aluminum, and coating. During the promotion of the glass enamel process, he actively trained new employees as the leading master in the workshop, guiding and instructing newcomers on operational techniques and process knowledge. It is through this "teaching, assisting, and mentoring" that the spirit of Jinguan is passed down.
Over the past decade, she has been successively honored with titles such as "Workshop Production Expert," "Individual with Outstanding Production Contributions," "Jinguan's Excellent Employee," and "Outstanding Communist Party Member," and has also received the "May 1st Labor Medal of Nanyang City". She has participated in the supply of lightning arresters for multiple UHV demonstration projects and other overseas export projects, contributing to the production of over 30 projects in total. From theory to practice, she has optimized process operations, grasped key production processes, and achieved new breakthroughs in the quality of the Company's lightning arrester products, reaching industry benchmark levels.
The automation transformation could not have been achieved without the support of workshop employees. As the leader of the spray aluminum process in the workshop, Huang Zhiya is not only familiar with the workshop's technological process but also has rich work experience. Drawing on his experience, he facilitated the automation upgrade of the spray aluminum process during the Company's introduction of automation equipment. During the debugging process, he quickly mastered maintenance skills, enabling him to quickly locate and resolve equipment failures. He collaborated with equipment personnel to sort out and correct automatic control logic, upholding the corporate culture of "Integrity, Positive Attitude, and Sense of Responsibility."
"2022 Production Master" recipient. During his tenure as leader of the packaging team, he proactively learned the technical knowledge of assembly, rewinding, grouping, and plug-in lightning arrester production, demonstrating his versatility as a multi-skilled worker. He actively participated in the development and production of plug-in lightning arresters, assisting technicians in overcoming difficulties. He also actively implemented the "mentor-mentee" system, devoting himself to the training of frontline employees.
