Enjoying the special allowance of Henan Provincial Government and being the academic and technical leader of Nanyang City. He has served as a member of the technical committee for the standardization of three industries, participated in the formulation and revision of 11 standards, and has more than 20 authorized patents. He has long been committed to the research and development of UHV AC and DC metal oxide arresters and resistor discs. His research results have passed many national-level appraisals, and the technical level has reached the advanced level of the industry. He has won the second prize of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of Nanyang Science and Technology Progress Award for many times.
Since 2001, he has focused on the research and development of zinc oxide varistor ceramic materials and components, as well as technological innovation in this field. The successfully developed medium-gradient first-class lightning protection SPD chip, high-gradient resistor with a gradient of up to 380V/mm, and DC resistor that meets the IEC60099-9 standard have all filled the domestic technological gap. The high-performance, low-cost AC resistor, SPD chip, and varistor developed by him are at the forefront of industry technological development.
Holding a Master's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, he specializes in the research, development, and management of AC/DC charging piles, liquid-cooled charging piles, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) charging piles, and off-grid energy storage systems. He holds 26 authorized patents in these fields.
Holding a PhD from Xi'an Jiaotong University, he specializes in refining the production and process technology of resistor discs. He has received 2 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Awards, accumulated over 30 authorized patents, and published more than 10 professional papers.
As the "Eighth Batch of Top Talents" in Nanyang City and the recipient of the "Tenth Youth Science and Technology Award" in Nanyang City, he has received 3 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, holds over 10 authorized patents, and has published 5 professional papers. He has led the design and development of UHV DC series lightning arresters, lightning arresters for controllable self-recovering energy dissipation devices, and lightning arresters for CRH trains. The performance of these products has reached the advanced level in the industry, and in particular, the lightning arrester for CRH trains has successfully broken the foreign monopoly, accelerating the process of localization for high-speed rail.
