On May 4, the first two-day training exchange meeting for new employees officially began. A total of 31 new employees participated in the event, which aims to help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with corporate culture, create a team atmosphere, and understand the business layout.
Everyone visited the company's new energy exhibition center, exhibition hall and automated production line, watched the company's promotional video, and had an intuitive and in-depth understanding of the company's development history, honor, corporate culture and core business.
During the two-day systematic training, the new employees learned in depth the company's core business and product knowledge. They actively participate in discussions and reports, showing a high enthusiasm for learning and team spirit.
During the training process, it was divided into five groups. Each group had in-depth communication and interaction. Through division of labor and cooperation, the group tasks were completed together, and a wonderful display and sharing was carried out at the end. After strict evaluation by the instructors, the fourth group won the first place in the group's comprehensive score for its outstanding performance and won the 1000 yuan bonus.
