The company's "key technology and engineering application of seismic resistance of electrical equipment in UHV substation in strong earthquake area" project aims at the seismic technical problems of UHV substation equipment. With the support of national key research and development plan, National Natural Science Foundation of China, science and technology plan of State Grid Corporation and other projects, eight units jointly tackle key problems and construct a seismic technical system of electrical equipment integrating seismic analysis, seismic design and supporting high-performance seismic isolation devices for UHV substation, the seismic problem of electrical equipment in UHV substations in strong earthquake areas was overcome. The results of the project have realized the localization of core technology and equipment, effectively solved the technical problem of "stuck neck", and are of great significance for supporting the national disaster prevention and mitigation capacity building, ensuring the power supply for earthquake relief, national property security and social stability.
