In order to thoroughly implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first" and improve the emergency response and self-rescue and mutual rescue ability of all employees in the face of emergencies, on July 25, 2024, the company's production safety support department held the "aluminum dust explosion emergency drill" activity. In the pursuit of efficient production at the same time, safety is always the lifeline of enterprises. The exercise aims to further enhance the emergency response and evacuation ability of employees by simulating real dust explosion and fire scenes. Be prepared for danger in times of peace, and be prepared for danger in times of peace.
Before the event, the Production Safety Support Department attached great importance to it. Through many meetings and discussions, it formulated a detailed exercise plan, clarifying the purpose, process, role allocation and various safety measures of the exercise. At the same time, pre-training was conducted for the employees participating in the drill to ensure that each participant can clearly understand their own responsibilities and emergency operation points.
At 17:30 p. m. on July 25, with the rapid ringing of the fire alarm bell, the drill officially kicked off. On-site simulation found that the dust explosion in the aluminum spraying process pipe was reported quickly, and the staff used fire extinguishers for initial rescue according to the plan. After the emergency command starts to respond, the emergency rescue team members quickly assemble to control the fire and evacuate the personnel. With the escalation of the fire, the commander-in-chief decisively issued an evacuation order, and all employees evacuated to the safe assembly area in an orderly manner under the command of the guide. The whole process was tense and orderly, fully demonstrating the team's collaboration ability and emergency response speed.
